If your request is rejected, if the response is deemed insufficient, or if no response is provided within the legal timeframe, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) within thirty days after receiving the response, or in any case, within sixty days from the application date. However, a complaint cannot be filed without exhausting the application procedure first.
